Poems i wrote when i was younger….

this one was written when i was 14 for class…the teacher didn’t believed that i wrote it..so i created an additional stanza right in front of her :p

If The World Was Upside Down =>

What if the world was upside down?

Then people would float and live underground

And bridges and roads wouldn’t be needed

And budget cuts wouldn’t be heeded

What if the world was upside down?

Then students will teach and teachers be clown

And the Principal would no longer frown ;(

For the world is upside down

What if the world was upside down?
Then a king, for certain wouldn’t wear a crown

For the subjects will rule and the king will stoop

And the king will start collecting poop

What if the world was upside down?

Then trees will certainly grow underground

And the roots will turn up in the sky

And cunning people will no longer be sly

What if the world was upside down?

Then a town will no longer be called a town

For the people will fly and live underground

That’s what will happen if the world was upside down

But truly even if the world was upside down

I wouldn’t be the one who needs to write this down

For i am merely under orders from a real big clown

Sorry it is just a joke but hey, the world is upside down
